She has done her Ph.D in Management from Amity University, Noida on the topic “Application of decision science in Indian pharmaceutical industry’. She has completed her M.Sc in Mathematics from Pondicherry Central University and M.Phil from Alagappa University. She has a rich experience of 19 years in teaching graduate and post-graduate students in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Decision Science and Operations. She has conducted various activities for management students in the field of CSR and Sustainability Development.

She is associated with grassroots organisations such as, Goonj, Lakshya, CRY, Red Cross, Rotary Club etc., to practice various SR activities for the management students since last 11 years. She has participated in more than 25 conferences, seminars and workshops related to SR and is actively involved in promoting SR activities among the management graduates. She has participated and presented research papers in various National and International Conferences. She has published research papers and reports in the areas of Decision Science and Operations in Scopus indexed Journals. She has organized and participated in various FDPs and MDPs in the field of Business Analytics, Marketing, Social Media and Corporate Social Responsibilities.

Prof. Hitesh Manocha is a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Having more than 24 years of experience, he has worked with brands like Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. He has held many prestigious positions in his remarkable career. His first fourteen years were spent primarily in the area of Marketing and Sales. He served in various capacities in the areas of Consumer Durables, Office Automation, Engineering Goods. Concept Selling and Telecom. For the past Twelve years. He has started his own consultancy. He provides consultancy services in the area of Marketing and Sales. He has also conducted training programmes for corporations.

Shailaja Manocha has earned her BS (Hons.) Botany degree from Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University and PGDBM from IMT, Ghaziabad with specialization in the area of marketing. Ms. Shailaja Manocha is a marketing faculty who specializes in Sales and Retail marketing having had above six years experience with Dabur and NIS before switching to academics full-time. She has been associated with Skyline Business School for over ten years and brings to the classroom the best of pedagogy and interactivity. Her orientation towards ensuring learning objectives makes every student she teaches a lifelong learner.

Capt. Sanjeev Rishi's primary area of interest lies in the field of logistics and maritime operations. His extensive experience spans both onshore and offshore activities, including handling the commercial and operational interests of foreign-based shipping lines. Capt. Rishi is an expert in the management and operation of Inland Container Depots (ICD), Container Freight Stations (CFS), and multimodal transportation. Capt. Rishi serves as a visiting faculty member at reputed institutions such as IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) and EMPI Business School, contributing his knowledge and experience to the education of future professionals in the field. His academic qualifications, including a Masters's Certificate of Competency and a Diploma in International Marketing, further support his standing in the maritime and logistics domain.

I work at IIM Amritsar as a faculty member in the area of Finance, Accounting, and Control. For our PG students, I teach Corporate finance and finance elective courses, including IAPM, Corporate Valuation, and Alternative Investments. Also I teach Financial Management and SAPM course in executive MBA program

Prior to joining at IIM Amritsar, I worked as a faculty member at IFMR Graduate School of Business, Krea University for about 6 years. There I have had the experience of teaching introductory finance courses like Foundations of Finance and Corporate Finance (Elsewhere they are called as FM - I & II) along with a range of finance elective courses.

I also have the experience of designing and conducting Management or Executive Development Programs for corporate participants. My contribution for the same is mainly in the areas of Capital Budgeting, Working Capital Management, Cost of Capital Estimation, Business Valuation, EVA, Fixed Income Securities and so on. So far I conducted training programs for HPCL, IOCL, Barclays Plc., Gmmco Ltd, L&T Construction, SFL, Toshiba Ltd, Real Image Technologies, CAMS, Murugappa, TAFE Ltd, and so on.

Ms. Nimisha Srivastava is a seasoned academic professional with over 10 years of experience in Management Education and Research. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Consumer Behaviour and is a UGC NET qualified educator. She holds an MBA with dual specialization in Marketing and Human Resources, along with an M.Com in Foreign Trade.

Her areas of expertise include Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Legal Aspects of Business, and Personality Development. Ms. Srivastava has been instrumental in organizing Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and engaging management students through innovative management games. She has actively participated in over 25 national and international conferences and seminars related to Marketing and Management.
